Benjamin Mefford

Mixed Media Artist — Wilsonville, Oregon

Benjamin Mefford is a mixed media artist with advanced training in stone sculpture, photography, and public art. His work has been included in more than 50 exhibitions and is held in private, corporate, and municipal collections. Benjamin actively contributes to the art community and is currently the Director of the Wilsonville Festival of Art, Editor of the art journal Sculpture NorthWest, Co-chair of the Public Art Committee for the City of Lake Oswego, and President of the Northwest Stone Sculptors Association.

The images included in this exhibition are digital manipulations of my film and digital photographs. Reflection, repetition, and color shift are used to emphasize relationships and structural patterns.
