Photography Artist — Wilsonville, Oregon

Rick has was introduced to photography by his father at age 14. There are wonderful memories of going out on a ‘shoot’ and coming to play in the darkroom watching the images appear. In the mid-80’s Rick became a part-time professional photographer shooting landscapes, weddings, events, people and portraits. During this time he offered workshops which included field trips to the Oregon Coast, Cascades, etc. Unfortunately the demands of his other work required that he put his photography business in hibernation. Today he is retired and can dedicate more time to his photography business. His primary focus since retiring has been photographing people, places and patterns. He also has been photographing events such as the Casting for Recovery; a fly casting event for survivors of breast cancer, Bikethone for MS, etc.
